Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Emerge is built to be private by default. This policy explains what happens to your information.

Your data stays on your device. Everything you enter — your onboarding answers, goals, identity statement, habits, actions, journal entries, and progress — is stored locally on your device. There are no accounts, logins, or central database, and we can't see your entries.

AI features. Emerge includes AI features, such as your future-self conversations and your identity statement. When you use them, the relevant text is sent securely through our server to Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes it to generate a response. That text is used only to create your response and is not used to train AI models. We don't store these conversations on our servers.

What we don't do. No advertising. No analytics or tracking. No selling of data to third parties. We don't build a profile on you.

Fonts. Our app and website load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, Google may receive your device's IP address as part of the standard request, used only to deliver the fonts.

Deleting your data. Because your data lives on your device, you control it. Resetting the app from Settings, or deleting the app, removes your data.

Children. Emerge isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will appear here with a new date.
